Pisang Peak Climbing

Namaste and welcome to climbing Pisang Peak,

The Pisang peak is one of the most beautiful and technical trekking climbing peak in Manang valley Annapurna region.Pisang peak climbing is not easy like as Island Peak,For the climbing Pisang  peak you need sufficient Mountaineering  equipment Such as Fix Rope, Crampons Harness, Tape Slings. Screw gate karabiners lock and unlock,Descender Eight figure, Plastic Mountaineering boots. Helmet Ice Hammer, Ice Screw etc.from the top of peak best views point of the Annapurnas range,Manasulu and upper Tibet valley mountains.

Trip Itinerary


Day 01:


Arrival Katmandu and transfert to hôtel.(1300m)

Day 02:

Free day.

Free Permit issuing day at Kathmandu hotel include with bed and breakfast.

Day 03:

Kathmandu-Beshishar (760m)

From Kathmandu bus to Besishar 6 hours and overnight at lodge.

Day 04:


From Besishar 5 hours Jeep drive to Chame over night at Lodge.

Day 05:

Chame-Pisang (3060m)

After breakfast trek to Pisang  4 hours walking overnight at lodge.

Day 06:

Pisang peak Base camp

From Pisang  our trek following the trail that gently ascends passing through alpine vegetation to reach an open summer grazing pastures, a Kharka Here, we will set up our base camp and our Sherpa will quickly set up the camps and make necessary preparations for shifting the camp to higher altitudes before attempting the main summit climb of Pisang Peak. Enjoy the magnificent views of surrounding high peaks during our trek today.  About 5 hours walking from Pisang Overnight at camp.

Day 07:

Base camp to high camp(5400m)

From the base camp we continue to follow the trail that climbs higher to the shoulder on the south west ridge. Our trail steepens as we head higher to reach a good camping site at 5,400 meters. It is a short day trek but can be very tiring as our trail comprises of steep climbing sections. Hurrying in high altitudes is no good idea, so resting every now and then we head towards a good campsite for setting up our high camp. Once we arrive at the campsite, our Sherpa crew will quickly set up the camps and make final checks on climbing gears that includes ropes, ice axes, harness, crampons and other essential climbing equipments required for the main summit climb of Pisang Peak, 3 hours walking Overnight at Camp.

Day 08:

Pisang Peak Summit (6091m)

Today day  we start early with the aim to reach the summit before noon as the strong winds after midday can generate obstacles in reaching the summit. Following the footsteps and guidance of our experienced climbing experts we begin to climb a well defined ridge. We will overcome several technical sections and head towards the summit of Pisang Peak. Our tiring climb to the summit is rewarded with magnificent views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan Ranges including Glacier Dome and Tilicho Peak. We will spend short quality time at the Pisang Peak summit and then descend following the same route to reach back to the base camp about 8/9 hours walking overnight at camp.

Day 09:

Base camp-Pisang.(3440m)

Pisang-Manang 5 hours walking via Humde and Braga overnight at lodge.

Day 10:

Rest day.

After lunch day hiking to Gangapurna Glacier overnight at lodge.

Day 11:

Manang-Yak Kharka (4110m)

From Manang trek to Yak Kharka 5 hours walking overnight at lodge.

Day 12:

 Extra day.

 Exrea day for your trekking and Climbing progarams.

Day 13:

Yak Kharka-Thorang la Phedi (4450m)

Yak Kharka only 2/3 hours walking overnight at Thorang la Phedi lodge

Day 14:

Thorangla Phedi Via Thorangla pass (5416m) Muktinath (3760m)

We start early for the crossing of the challenging Thorang La Pass at 5,416 meters. We will follow the trail that climbs steeply towards a watercourse. Our climbing continues through another large gully formed by the melt of Thorong Peak, across undulating moraine and head towards the top of the Thorong Pass.Once at the top we will have magnificent views of Annapurna mountain ranges to the south and Mukut Himal Dhulagiri,Tukche peak, thapa peak bordering Dolpo and Mustang valley to the west. From the top, we will descend steeply towards the grassy meadows and to a very important pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists-Muktinath 6 hours walking overnight at Lodge.

Day  15:

Muktinath-Jomsom (2760m)

After breakfast trek to Jomsom your last trekking day overnight at lodge,

Day  16:

Jomsom-Pokhara (900m)

Morning fly to Pokhara  and transfer to hotel.

Day  17:


From Pokhara fly our bus to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 18:


Free day at Kathmandu hotel include with bed and breakfast.

Day 19:


After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu airport for departure

Notes Please: Payment should be made 35 % of total amount in advance. Full amount must be paid before strat your trip. Cancellation should be made 48 hours before departure and 25% cancellation charge is applicable beside Tax, transportation, permits and others fixed expensive. In case of incomplete Trekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Jungles safari / or others days due to the client own problem the amount of money paid not refundable. If clients want to do Trekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Jungles safari / or others tours more than itinerary, they can pay after back from tour with per day basic but should be permission with our Guide.
