Preparation for the Trek

What you should do before going trek
Before heading trek, to keep your body well hydrated and maintain energy levels, maybe try simple yoga or breathing exercises to improve lung capacity. We recommended that you carry comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bag backpack during the trek.
Visa and Passport
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Airport, you can obtain Nepal in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal. The visa fee tourist visa is 40 USD, payable at the airport, to be eligible. Your Passport must be valid for at least six months from the arrival date. However, you are coming from India or China and are exempt from this fee.
Cold Temperatures: Nighttime temperatures can drop significantly, even at lower altitudes, so proper clothing and a four-season sleeping bag are a must.
