Day 01 upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1.300m)

You will be warmly welcomed by our representative outside the arrival terminal after completing immigration and baggage procedures.

From the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel in a private vehicle. The airport usually takes 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic, and offers your first glimpse of Kathmandu’s lively streets. Local markets and cultural atmosphere.

Day 02: Mera and Island Peak Permits preparation day in Kathmandu Hotel.

This day is managed for Mera Peak Climbing permits, before heading into the mountains. It’s an important and practical day to ensure a smooth and well-organized trek

Trekking Permit arrangement: Guide, peak climbing permits, and other necassary things.

We need the following documents: Your Passport photo copy with Nepali visa and two passport-size photos with your Travel insurance details.

You need time to check your trekking & Climbing gear, what you need for the Mera and Mera Peak.

Trekking equipment: such as trekking boots, a down jacket, and a sleeping bag, you need to buy or renting you will get them in the Thamel Trekking shop.

Day 03: Lukla flight and trek to Chutok

From Kathmandu, take a scenic flight to Lukla, one of the world’s most exciting Himalaya airtrips. From Kathmandu to Lukla, 35 minutes short flight, you enjoy amazing views of the mountains, with green hills, Rivers, and tradidional Himalayas villages.

After thirty-five minutes, you will land in Lukla airport (2,800m), meet with our trekking staff, and the trek starts through the beautiful Himalayan Sherpa villages. You walk through pine forests, prayer walls, and suspension bridges. The trail gradually descends and follows the Dudh Kosi river valley. You pass Sammal village, and here is a local teahouse, then we coontinue or trek to Chotok.

Distinction: Lukla to Chutok.

Durations: 3-4 hours walking from Lukla.

Day 04: Trek from Chutok to Pangom

Your Breakfast in Chotok, your trek starts through peaceful forests, and a mixed village of Sherpa and Rai people. The trek trail follows a mountain path with the best views of rolling hills and white Himalayan peaks.

From here, the trekking route is a gradual ascent and descent through the Rhododendron and pine forests. From here, we cross a small village and a suspension bridge, and then we continue on the trek, climbing to the beautiful village of Pangom. This place is a tradidional settlement located on a hillside with impressive Himalayan views.

Pangom is known for its rich local culture with stone houses, and people are very friendly. Therefore, after arriving here, you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful Himalayan landscapes.

Day 05: Trek from Pangom to Nimsow

After your breakfast, the trek begins on a peaceful trail throgh the Rhododendron and bamboo forest. The trekking route includes an uphill and a downhill part with amazing views of hills, Rivers, and tradidional Sherpa villages along the trail.

Now your trek descends toward the River Cross suspension bridges, and the trail gradually climbs throgh the forest paths to reach the small settlement of Ningsow. This very quiet place is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful village at night, here before heading to the high alpine area of Mera Peak.

Day 06: Trek from Nimso to Chhtre Khola

Mera Peak Minbola Pass trek| Your Breakfast at Nimsow, and the trek begins with beautiful bamboo, pine, and Rhododendron forests. This trekking trail gradually climbs toward Ramilo Danda, which offers an impressive view of Mera Peak and the other Himalayan ranges in clear weather.

From here, we descend through the dense forest and mountain landscapes. Along the trail, you may encounter local wildlife, and tradidional Sherpa shelters, then the trek continues downhill and through narrow forest until we reach Chhatre Khola. Here is a small riverside settlement surrounded by natural beauty.

Your morning breakfast at Chhatre Khola, the trail follows the amazing Hinku valley through Rhododendron and dense pine forests. The trail is very peaceful and less crowded. offer us an unforgettable Himalayan wilderness scenery with chances to spot local wildlife.

Day 08: Extra day for acclimatization in the Kothe

Kothe is the best key for acclimatization before going to climb Mera Peak & High Mingbola crossing trek.

Resting at Kothe helps your body adjust to the increasing high altitude, such as the oxygen level, which decreases noticeably (above 3500 meters. One full day of rest helps reduce AMS (mountain sickness) and improves breathing efficiency for higher camps like Khare and High Camp. and Peak climbing with the High Pass trek. This is your first real mountain adaptation zone before entering Hinku Valley.

Day 09: Trek from Kothe to Thagnak

Morning breakfast in Kothe, then trekking walking to Hinku Valley. From here, the trail follows the west bank of the Hinku River, gradually ascending through the Alpine forest and open grazing pastures with spectacular views of Mera Peak with the snowcapped Himalaya range.

The scenery becomes more dramatic as you approach the Upper Valley towering peak and glacial terrain.

Now you have arrived at Thangnak, a small summer grazing settlement and an important acclimatisation stop for climbers before heading toward Mera with the Amphu Lapcha pass.

Khare is the best place for acclimatization and partition day here before heading to Mera Peak High Camp. Proper acclimatization helps the body adjust to the high altitude and increases the chances of a successful and safe for Peak summit.

Day 11: Khare to Mera High Camp

Early morning breakfast in Khare, the trek starts with a challenging climb toward Mera Peak High Camp. From here, the trek trail ascends over rocky paths and glacier terrain before reaching the Mera glacier. Used with crampons and climbing gear, continue carefully across the glacier under your guidance for your climbing leader.

During the trek from Mera La Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest, including Lhotse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu, and Kanchenjunga. From the Mera La Pass, we continue ascending to the Mera Peak High Camp, located on a rocky ridge with spectacular mountain scenery all around. Now that you arrive at High Camp, the climbing crew will be preparing for the summit push while climbers rest and enjoy the unforgettable sunset views over the Himalayas.

Day 12: From High Camp to Mera Peak climbing and back to Khare

From High Camp, the most challenging day is rewarding for your Mera Peak climbing. You will begin the summit push very early in the morning, usually around 2-3 AM, following your Guide across the glacier under the stars. The climbing involves walking on snow and ice, using crampons, harnesses, and fixed ropes where necessary. After several hours, you steady ascent, you will reach the summit of Mera Peak (6,470 m). This is the highest trekking peak in Nepal.

From the Mera Peak summit, you enjoy beautiful panoramic views of five of the worlds heighet Mountains, Mount Everest, Kanchenjung, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu, with countless Mountain peaks stretching across the horizon.

After celebrating your achievement and taking Photographs carefully to the high camp, continue down to Khare (5,045 m). Our descent is long and demanding, but it offers a sense of accomplishment after successfully summiting Peak Mera.

Day 13: Mera Peak summit attempt extra day, if bad weather conditions.

This is an extra day reserved for Mera Peak climbing. In case of bad weather, such as strong winds, heavy snowfall, or poor visibility on the planned summit day. Its safety is the top priority, so the summit push is only attempted when conditions are stable.

The weather does not allow for safe climbing of the mountain, and the climbing team will remain in Base Camp and closely monitor conditions. Our Climbing guide will check the forecasts, wind speed, and snow stability. Short acclimatization walks on the glacier may be done if conditions permit, helping maintain fitness and readiness for a potential summit push.

During the waiting time, all climbing teams rest and keep your eqipment ready for quick departure. If the weather improves, then the summit window is open late in the day or the following morning, requiring flexibility and patience.

If conditions remain unsafe for a longer period, our guide may adjust the trekking itineraray, including descending to a lower camp. such as Base Camp, or Khare.

Even you are non summit day, the environment is still true high Himalyan experience, surrounded by glaciers and towaring peaks, reinforcing the seriousness and respect for Mera peak climbing.

Day 14: Trek from Khare to Hinku Khola

Breakfast in Kahare, and trek descent through the upper Hinku valley, leaving behind the glaciated landscape of Mera Peak. The trail follows a gradual downhill route with beautiful scenery of the surrounding snow-cape Himalyan peaks. The walking retraces the route through open Alpine terrain, passing the rocky moraines and Yak Pastures

Mingbola Pass trek, the air becomes richer in oxygen, and the scenery changes from barren high altitude landscapes to greener valleys. On the way to the trail, enjoy views of Mera Peak, Kusum Kangaru, and wonderful Hinku Valley. From here, the trek continues through grazing areas and seasonal herder camps before reaching Hinku Khola Camp.

Hinku Khola is a very peaceful campsite situated beside the small river, surrounded by impressive Himalaya scenery. This lower elevation provides a comfortable place to rest and recover after your Mera Peak climbing.

Day 15: Trek from Hinku Khola to Nup Lake

Morning breakfast in the Hinku Khola, and the trail leaves the main trekking route and heads into a more remote valley of Upper Hinku. The trek follows the rugged Himalayan paths, crossing Alpine meadows, rocky terrain, and glacial moraine, while offering beautiful Himalyan views of the surrounding snow mountain peaks.

Mingbola Pass Trek | as you gain Altitude. The landscapes are increasingly wild and pristine. Along the trekking trail, enjoy views of Mera Peak, Kusum Kangru, and the dramatic glacier the feed the Hinku Valley. The trekking route passes through the beautiful grazing areas used by yak herders during the summer time.

Now you arrive at Nup Lake: you will be rewarded with a wonderful high altitude lake set amidst a stunning Himalyan amphitheater. This crystal clear water reflects the snow cover on the mountain peaks, creating a memorable setting for Photographs and relaxation. This peaceful campsite is an excellent place to experience the solitude and the beauty of the Himalayas.

Day 16: Nup Lake to Nara Glacier via Minbola Pass

This is the most adventurous and challenging day of your trek. Early morning breakfast at Nup Lake, then the trekking trail climbs steadily across rocky moraine, alpine slopes, and glacier terrain toward the remote Mingbola Pass (5,845 m) as we gain altitude, and we gain spectacular views of Hinku Valley with Mera Peak, and the surrounding mountains unfold around us.

After several hours, we reached the summit of Mingbola Pass, which is the highest point of the journey. From the summit of Mingbola, enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of towaring peaks, glaciers, and remote valleys stretching in every direction. Mingbola Pass offers an unforgettable mountain wilderness experaince far from the main route.

On the Mingbo la top, we spent 30-40 minutes taking the photograph with enjoy senery of the Himalaya, then we carefully descended over the rocky with glaciated terrain toward the Nar Glacier. From here, the trekking route requires caution as it traverses moraine filds, with glacier-fed landscapes. Now we have arrived at the campsite near the Nara glacier, surrounded by dramatic ice formations and wonderful Himalayan views.

Mingbola pass from Khare | After spending time at the pass for photographs and enjoying the scenery, begin a careful descent over rocky and glaciated terrain toward the Nara Glacier. The route requires caution as it traverses moraine fields and glacier-fed landscapes. Upon arrival, establish camp near the Nara Glacier, surrounded by dramatic ice formations and spectacular mountain views.

Walking duraition: 8-10 hours from Nup Lake via Mingbola pass to Nara Glacier.

Altitude:5,817 m: Mingbola pass and 5100 m: Nara glacier.

Day 17: From Nara Glacier to Pangboche.

Early breakfast, and we begin the long descent toward the Khumbu valley. The trek trail slowly crosses the rugged moraine and glacial terrain before gradually easing into the alpine green landscapes. As you lose altitude, the air becomes warmer, and vegetation begins to reappear, making the walk more comfortable.

Journey from here. We enjoy outstanding mountain views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and the famous Imja Tse (Island Peak.

The trekking route passes through the yak pastures and the high Alpine valley before merging with the main Everest base camp trekking route. As you approach Pangboche, the traditional Sherpa village becomes more frequent, reflecting the cultural heart of the Khumbu region.

Now we have arrived at Pangboche, one of the ol the oldest villages on the way to the Everest base camp trekking route. offers a chance to visit its historic monastery, Pangboche, and enjoy close -up views of Ama Dablam towaring above the village.This village, which is well known for its strong Sherpa culture, hospitality, and dramatic Himalyan setting.

Day 18: Trek from Pangboche to Namche Bazaar via Tengboche.

Your breakfast at Pangboche: your trek descends to the amazing Khumbu valley toward Namche Bazaar. The trek trail descends gradually through Alpine forests and a traditional Sherpa village, offering spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku.

From Pangboche, we passed through the Sherpa village of Deboche and Tengboche, where you can visit the famous Monastery of Tengboche. This is the largest Monastery in the Khumbu Everest region. From the Tengboche trek, continue descending through the Rhododendron and pine forest to Phunki Tenga before climbing gently toward Sanasa.

The trek trail follows a scenic trekking route with wonderful Himalyan panoramas before reaching Namche Bazaar. the vibrant Sherpa capital of the Everest Khumbu region. After arrival at Namche Bazaar, enjoy the comforts of the Namche town, explore local Shops, cafes, or simply relax in the lodge.

This season offers excellent views of the Khumbu Himalaya range with landscapes, providing the trekkers with the best trekking experience.
