Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla Airport and trek to Phakding.

Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar.

From Phakding, the trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges through beautiful pine forest and small Sherpa settlements such as Monjo.

After breakfast, hike up to the Everest View Hotel (3,880 m), one of the best viewpoints in the region. From here, you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Mount Everest. Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other Himalayan Peaks.
From Lukla to Everest Base Camp Trek, you can visit the Sherpa Culture Museum to learn about Sherpa history, culture, and Mountaineering heritage.
After enjoying the views and taking photos, return to Namche Bazaar for lunch and spend the afternoon exploring the town, visiting the local markets, bakeries, and relaxing in Namche.

Day 04: From Namche to Tengboche.

Trek from Namche Bazaar, the trail follows a relatively flat and scenic path high above the Dudh Koshi valley. Along the way, you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Kang Tenga, and Ama Dablam.
Lukla to Everest Base Camp trek | The trek trail descends steeply down to Phungi Tanga (3,250 m), where you will stop for lunch near the riverside. After lunch, a chilling uphill climb through pine and rhododendron forests then leads you to Tengboche.
In Tengboche, you can visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Everest region, offering a spiritual atmosphere and stunning mountain views.

Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche.

From the Tengboche trail descends through rhododendron and pine forest to Dingboche, crossing the Imja Khola via a suspension bridge.
From here, the path gradually climbs through Pangboche Village, one of the oldest Sherpa settlements in the Khumbu. Along the way, you will enjoy a close-up view of Ama Dablam, as well as Lhotse and other Himalayan peaks.
As you move higher, the landscape becomes more open and arid, with fewer trees and more alpine terrain. Passing through Sumare, the trail continues steadily to Dingboche (4,410m), a beautiful village surrounded by stone walls that protect crops from cold winds.

Day 06: Acclimatization in Dingboche.

Everest Base Camp trek from Lukla | This is very important today, acclimatization in Dingboche. Stunning mountain peaks surround this beautiful Sherpa village. On the rest day, Activity is highly recommended to help our body adjust to the increasing altitude.
Breakfast at 7 AM morning the hike up to Nangkartshang Hill (5,083m). This hill offers a spectacular panoramic view of Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, and part of the Amphu Lapcha Pass and Island Peak. The climb follows the hike up, sleep low principle, which is essential for proper acclimatization.
After spending 20-25 minutes, we descend back to Dingboche for Lunch. After lunch, you can rest and relax, exploring the village or visiting local bakeries and teahouses.
The rest day provides a good opportunity to monitor your health, stay hydrated, and prepare for the higher altitudes ahead as your trek continues toward Lobuche village.

Day 07: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche.

Breakfast in Dingboche: Your trek begins with a gradual climb from Dingboche, following a wide and scenic trail along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. That offers incredible views of Mountain Peak, such as Kang Tenga, Amadablam, and Thamserku.
Lukla to Everest Base Camp trek | Your trek continues, the trail leads to Thukla, a small settlement where you will stop for Lunch. After your lunch break, your trek becomes more challenging with a steep ascent to the Thukla Pass. At the top, you will see memorials dedicated to climbers who are dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Mount Everest expeditions.
Trek from here, the trail gradually ascends along the Khumbu glacier, offering dramatic mountain views of ice formations and high mountain landscapes. This final stretch is a steady walk leading to Lobuche, a small settlement nestled beneath the peaks.

Day 08: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp.

An early breakfast in Lobuche, the trail follows the rocky moraine of the Khumbu Glacier toward Gorakshep (5,140 m). The walk is gradual but challenging due to the high altitude and thin air.
Upon arrival at Gorakshep, you will check into your lodge and have lunch before continuing the hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m). The trail to Base Camp winds over glacial terrain with ups and downs, offering close-up views of the Khumbu icefall and surrounding Himalaya peaks.
After exploring and taking photos, return to Gorakshep for an overnight stay. Standing at Everest Base Camp is a truly rewarding experaince, right at the foot of Mount Everest. During the spring season, you may also see colofun expedition tents set up by climbers.

Day 09: from Gorakshep high to Kala Patthar and back down to Pheriche.

Lukla to Everest Base Camp trek | Early morning from Gorakshep hike to Kalapathhar (5,545m), one of the beautiful viewpoints for a close-Up sunrise views of Mount Everest, Pumori, Nuptse, and other surrounding Mountain peaks. From Gorakshep, a steep climb takes about 2-3 hours, but the panoramic Himalyan scenery and golden sunrise over Everest make the effort unforgettable. To the Kala Patthar, you enjoy photography and breathtaking views from the summit up to Kala Patthar, then descend back to Gorakshep for your breakfast.
Breakfast at Gorakshep, and the trek continues downhill through Louche and Thukla, following the rocky glacial trail beside the Khumbu Valley. Passing the memorial chortens dedicated to climbers was an exception on the Everest Expeditions. And enjoy easier walking as the altitude gradually decreases. From here, the trail descends to the wide alpine valley of Pheriche (4,371m) with a peaceful Sherpa village surrounded by amazing Himalayan landscapes.

Day 10: From Pheriche to Phortse via Pangboche.

From here, we cross the bridge near Pangboche village. Continue throgh traditional Sherpa Settlement, and very ancient mani walls with rhododendron forest. You can visit the famous monastery in Pangboche, the oldest Gompa.
Arriving at Phortse Village (3,810m) offers you peaceful Himalyan landscapes and authentic Sherpa culture away from the busy Everest base Camp Trekking route. Phortse is a traditional Sherpa village known for its mountaineering history and stunning views of Ama Dablam and the surrounding mountain peaks. We stop here for tonight.

Trek from Mon La trail descent through a forested path of Kyandjuma, and we continue along the main Everest trail toward Namche Bazaar (3,440m). Your lunch break at Namche Bazaar, then we continue descending through the Jorslle, walking through pine forests alongside the Dudh Koshi River. We are crossing several suspension bridges and passing through the Sagarmatha National Park Checkpoint before reaching Monjo (2,835m). This is a quaint Sherpa village, which you enter from the Sagarmatha Naitional park. We stop here for the night.

From here, we walk slowly beside the river before the climb up to Lukla.
After you cross the last suspension bridge, ascend steadily through forest stone -paved trail to reach Lukla, the gateway to Everest region treks. You are arriving at Lukla and enjoying your final evening with the Guide & Porter, the mountains celebrate th complete your Lukla to Everest Base Camp trek.
