Day 03: Kathmandu to Machhekola by private Jeep

Begin your trek- drive a Jeep to Machhekhola from Kathmandu, heading west along the Prithivi Highway. After a few hours of smooth driving, the road diverts toward the rural hills of Dhading district. The scenery quickly shifts from city life to terraced fields, rivers, and traditional villages.

After reaching Larkya La pass, taking a photograph, and descending further, the scenery changes dramatically from high alpine terrain to grassy meadows and rhododendron forests. Manaslu trek, the Trail offers a variety of foods to cater to clients’ needs. The meals are simple, hearty, and designed to provide necessary energy for the trek. The lodge provides such kinds of meals. Rice, Pasta. Breads, Noodles, vegetables, Lentils, Eggs, Pizza, and many other food items.

Manaslu circuit trek | Best time for travel. Manaslu trek is best during the autumn (September to the end of November and the spring season (March to May).
