Here’s a perfect 11-day Everest Base Camp trek itinerary starting and ending at Lukla. Everest Base Camp Trek – 11 Days (Lukla to Lukla)
Day 1: Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610 m).Flight: 35 minutes from Kathmandu or Ramechhap. Trek: 3–4 hours (mostly downhill)
Highlights: Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, Dudh Koshi River.Overnight: Phakding
Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m).Trek: 5 hours
Highlights: Cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge, first view of Everest from Top Danda. Overnight: Namche Bazaar
Day 3: Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,860 m). Trek: 5–6 hours
Highlights: Tengboche Monastery, views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Overnight: Tengboche
Day 4: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m).Trek: 5-6 hours via Pangboche village

Day 8: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) – Trek down to Pheriche (4,210m).Early morning climb to Kala Patthar for sunrise over Mt. Everest. Descend to Pheriche, 7-8 hours. Overnight: Pheriche.
Day 9: Pheriche to Phortse (3810m)
Trek to Phortse, Everest Summiters’ Village, Phortse, which is a very old Sherpa village, 6-7 hours walking from Pheriche.
Day 10: Phortse to Monjo (2835m)
Retrune to Monjo-Trek via Mongla Last Gokyo Valley with Cho-yo view and trek back via Everest View hotel, which is the last Everest view the descending to Monjo 6-7 hours,
Day 11: Monjo Lukla (2,800m)
Trek from Namche to Lukla (2,840 m).Trek: 5 hours. Final day celebration with your trekking team. Overnight: Lukla
