Day 02: From Kathmandu flight to Lukla Airport and trek to Phakding.

After 3-4 hours of easy Trekking, you will reach Phakding (2,610 m), a peaceful village by the riverside.

Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar.

From Phakding, the trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges through beautiful pine forest and small Sherpa settlements such as Monjo.

Everest Base Camp trek. From here, you are entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, where Permits are checked. From here, the trek continues along the river before a steep ascent begins after crossing the famous Hillary suspension Bridge.

The final climb to Namche Bazaar is challenging but rewarding. On a clear day, you may catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest along the way.

Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) is the main trading hub of the Khumbu region, with shops, Bakeries, and stunning mountain views.

Trek from Namche Bazaar, the trail follows a relatively flat and scenic path high above the Dudh Koshi valley. Along the way, you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Kang Tenga, and Ama Dablam.

The trek trail descends steeply down to Phungi Tanga (3,250 m), where you will stop for lunch near the riverside. After lunch, a chilling uphill climb through pine and rhododendron forests then leads you to Tengboche.

In Tengboche, you can visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Everest region, offering a spiritual atmosphere and stunning mountain views.

As you move higher, the landscape becomes more open and arid, with fewer trees and more alpine terrain. Passing through Sumare, the trail continues steadily to Dingboche (4,410m), a beautiful village surrounded by stone walls that protect crops from cold winds.

Day 07: Trek from Dengboche to Lobuche

Trek from Dingboche, the trail gradually climbs through a wide alpine valley toward Tukla, along the way. You will enjoy impressive views of Tawache and Cholatse.

After reaching Tukla, the trek becomes steeper as you ascend the Tukla Pass. At the top, you will find a moving memorial area dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Mount Everest and surrounding peaks.

From here, the trail continues along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier with views of Pumori and other towering Himalayan peaks before reaching Lobuche (4910m)

An early breakfast in Lobuche, the trail follows the rocky moraine of the Khumbu Glacier toward Gorakshep (5,140 m). The walk is gradual but challenging due to the high altitude and thin air.

Upon arrival at Gorakshep, you will check into your lodge and have lunch before continuing the hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) The trail to Base Camp winds over glacial terrain with ups and downs, offering close-up views of the Khumbu icefall and surrounding Himalaya peaks.

After exploring and taking photos, return to Gorakshep for an overnight stay.

Standing at Everest Base Camp is a truly rewarding experaince, right at the foot of Mount Everest. During the spring season, you may also see colofun expedition tents set up by climbers.

After enjoying the breathtaking panorama and taking photos, descend back to Gorakshep for breakfast.

From Gorakshep, the trek continues downhill through Lobuche and Thukla, retracing your route with easier breathing as you lose altitude. The trail gradually leads to Pheriche (4,240 m), a wide valley known for its windswept landscape and mountain views.

From Pangboche, the trekking trail is up and down with scenic ridges and yak pastures, offering a peaceful trekking experaince away from the main Everest trail.

After breakfast in Phortse, the trail descends through pine and rhododendron forests toward Phortse Thanga, following a quieter route along the Dudh Koshi valley.

From Phortse Thanga, you will gradually ascend up to Mong La, a scenic ridge offering beautiful views of Ama Dablam, Tamserku, Tawache, Kangtenga, and Cho-Oyu. Then the trail descends steeply through the forest toward Namche Bazaar.

After a short break in Namche Bazaar, the trek continues downhill along the familiar route, crossing a suspension bridge and passing through small villages.

From here, you will exit Sagamatha National Park and reach Monjo (2,835 m), a peaceful village ideal for an overnight stay.
